These terms govern the DreamVid AI website and its Live Cam experiences, interactive stories, and creation tools. Using the service means accepting these terms. You must be at least 18. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share or sell accounts, bypass restrictions, or impersonate another person. Some features require sign-in, available credits, or a paid plan.

Characters and their responses are generated experiences, not real people or professional advisers. Outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. Review anything you create before using or sharing it. A prompt does not guarantee a particular result, exclusive output, or uninterrupted generation. Do not rely on a character for medical, legal, financial, gambling, or other professional decisions.

Upload only material you own or are authorized to use, including written permission for any person's likeness. You retain your existing rights. You permit us and our providers to process, store, moderate, and display your submissions as needed to deliver the features you use. Publishing a story makes the shared content visible to others. Do not include sensitive personal information or another person's private material without permission.

Illegal, exploitative, hateful, or nonconsensual content is prohibited, including unauthorized likenesses, sexualized minors or minor-looking characters, incest, bestiality, and sexual scenarios involving coercion or incapacity. Do not request prostitution, watersports, polygamy, sexualized violence, abduction, snuff, animal cruelty, illegal instructions, or professional advice. Do not evade moderation or misuse the service.

Review the price, currency, renewal schedule, included benefits, and credit cost shown before purchasing. Where a plan renews automatically, recurring charges continue until you cancel through the billing controls or contact support. Credits provide access to the features described at purchase; they are not money, an investment, or a promise of a specific AI result.

Subscription fees are ordinarily nonrefundable, subject to mandatory legal rights. Cancellation ends future renewals; current benefits continue through the paid period. Contact support about billing errors. Any purchase-specific terms displayed at checkout also apply.

Features, models, and availability may change. We may restrict content or accounts for violations. You may close your account through account settings; resolve active subscriptions first. Closing an account can prevent access to saved stories, progress, and credits. Privacy requests can also be sent to support@dreamvid.ai.

Sign-in, payments, hosting, and AI generation may involve outside providers. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. External links do not mean we endorse the destination. Our branding, software, and service design remain protected; access does not grant a right to copy or resell them.

Where law permits, service availability is not guaranteed, indirect losses are excluded, and our total liability is limited to fees you paid or US$100 if you paid nothing. California law governs, subject to mandatory local rights. Contact us first to resolve disputes. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Reverie AI (Cupertino, CA 95014), the company operating DreamVid AI.
